Brooke Hogan is stepping up in a major way as questions swirl around the death of her father, wrestling legend Hulk Hogan.
Days after his private funeral in Largo, Florida, Brooke took to Instagram with a passionate statement — offering to personally fund an autopsy if that’s what it takes to bring closure to her family.
In her August 7 Instagram Story, Brooke acknowledged that her father’s cremation has not yet taken place and supported the delay, revealing her willingness to foot the bill for further medical clarity.
“I’m glad to see that my dad has not been cremated and that Sky is waiting because of family questions. With all of the speculation and uncertainty of my dad’s death, I want to personally offer to pay for an autopsy if that’s what it takes to get it done. My dad’s dignity and legacy deserves it.”
Brooke’s offer came just a day after Hulk Hogan’s widow, Sky Daily, shared her own statement confirming the cremation was paused to ensure all medical concerns are addressed. While Sky did not mention Brooke by name, she asked for patience and pushed back against what she called “misleading media stories.”
“Terry chose cremation knowing this physical life is temporary and his heavenly body eternal. He has not yet been cremated, as our family is making sure every question about his medical care is answered first.”
Brooke, meanwhile, had already faced intense public backlash for not attending her father’s funeral — but she maintains that her decision was about honoring his actual wishes, not disrespect. Speaking with TMZ, Brooke explained that her father didn’t want a funeral at all and made it clear how he wanted to be remembered.
“When my dad told me specifically multiple times, ‘Just burn me up and put me in the back of the ocean behind my house.’ That’s where my dad is. I want to be in the Gulf. I want to be with my dad.”
She also took aim at the celebrity-packed service, suggesting it wasn’t what her father would have wanted.
“If he knew he were being carted around for two weeks for show with people that didn’t really know him… Is this for my dad, or is this for everybody else?”
Instead of attending the service, Brooke said she went to the beach with her children, placing her feet in the ocean — the way her father wanted to be remembered.
“The closest way I could get to him was to put my feet in the ocean with my children. And that is—I’m standing by that. And that is my God’s honest truth.”
With this latest development, Brooke Hogan has made it clear that she’s not afraid to challenge perceptions — and that she’s willing to take action to protect her father’s legacy.
