Brooke Hogan Claims Wedding Absence Had Nothing to Do with Sky Daily

Brooke Hogan explained further why she didn’t show up to her father Hulk Hogan’s wedding to Sky Daily—and despite all the speculation, she says it had nothing to do with Scientology or any bad blood with her dad’s new wife.

In a new interview with TMZ, Brooke cleared the air about her absence from the September 2023 wedding that sparked plenty of online chatter. Fans assumed there might’ve been tension with Sky, or that Brooke was steering clear because of Sky’s rumored ties to Scientology. But according to Brooke, that couldn’t be further from the truth.

“Me not attending the wedding with Sky had nothing to do with Sky. Had nothing to do with her being affiliated with Scientology.”

Brooke acknowledged that the idea of Scientology does scare her—but that wasn’t what kept her away. In fact, she praised Sky as a person and spoke kindly about her children.

“That’s a fear—I don’t know where she stands in that. That’s a fear of mine, obviously, if she is involved. But that’s not why. I mean, she said she left. I said, ‘Hey Dad, if you believe her, that’s great.’ She’s super nice, her kids are darlings—really good children, which is a reflection on her as a mother. Yeah, that Scientology thing was scary, you know.”

This all comes after Brooke previously revealed she had gone so far as to involve the FBI and a former Scientologist to investigate Sky Daily before the wedding. Even with that serious step taken, Brooke’s recent comments make it clear her absence from the wedding wasn’t due to personal conflict or distrust.

With this clarification straight from Brooke, the speculation surrounding her no-show can finally be put to rest—at least when it comes to Sky Daily.
