Brock Lesnar made one of the most unexpected appearances of his career—this time, not in a wrestling ring, but during a concert.
The WWE megastar virtually appeared on December 5 during the opening night of the Zac Brown Band’s residency at the Las Vegas Sphere, stunning fans with a primal cameo that had everyone talking.
During the band’s new track “Animal”—off their freshly premiered album Love & Fear—the Sphere’s massive 360-degree LED screens lit up with an animated sequence showing Lesnar and Zac Brown battling it out in loincloths. The prehistoric-style fight between the two modern warriors created a surreal, jaw-dropping moment that perfectly matched the raw energy of the track.
The performance was meant to kick off a limited run of shows, but due to overwhelming demand, more dates were added to the residency at the Sphere, one of the most technologically advanced venues in the world.
For Lesnar, the virtual cameo marks another chapter in a wild year. He was wiped from WWE programming in early 2024 after being implicated in Janel Grant’s lawsuit against Vince McMahon. That scandal resulted in Lesnar being yanked from the Royal Rumble, WrestleMania XL plans scrapped, and his removal from the WWE 2K24 cover and intro package. He was also deleted from WWE SuperCard.
Lesnar made his surprise return at SummerSlam 2025, ambushing John Cena with a devastating F-5 following Cena’s loss to Cody Rhodes. That confrontation reignited their long-standing rivalry, leading to a brutal showdown at Wrestlepalooza on September 20, where Lesnar came out on top.
The Beast Incarnate wasn’t done. He realigned with Paul Heyman and joined a powerhouse heel team for Survivor Series: WarGames on November 29. Teaming with The Vision (Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed), Logan Paul, and Drew McIntyre, Lesnar took down a stacked team of Roman Reigns, Cody Rhodes, CM Punk, and The Usos.
From lawsuits to Sphere battles and pay-per-view dominance, Brock Lesnar has once again proven that he doesn’t just return—he conquers.
