Brie Bella Says Her Online Haters Have Tiny Weiners and Don’t Get Laid

Brie Bella went after her social media haters in a big way — and she didn’t mince words one bit.

During the March 9, 2026 episode of the Nikki & Brie Show, the WWE Hall of Famer launched into a rant aimed at haters who constantly attack her on social media. Bella made it clear she’s reached a point where she refuses to take opinions from people who have never experienced the challenges she faced breaking through in a male-dominated industry. Brie Bella first explained that the only opinions she values come from people who actually understand the wrestling business and what women in the industry go through.

“I’m going to take advice or take opinions from people who understand my industry, who have been through my journey, who know what women go through in a male-dominated industry. I’m not going to listen to critics online who have never broken a barrier, who have never been in a room that has been more men than women, who have never been in a room that’s like, ‘They’re never going to have success.’”

Bella then addressed the tendency for people online to make assumptions about public figures without understanding their experiences. As the rant continued, Bella changed her focus directly toward social media trolls who attack her online, claiming they all have “tiny weiners.”

“Let’s be honest—until you walk in someone’s shoes you shouldn’t go assuming or make an opinion and look like an a**hole. Do you know what my big thing about social media haters are? Brave fingers, tiny weiners. If you come at me, you just told me you have a tiny weiner.”

Brie Bella even revealed how she reacts when someone tries to come after her on social media, noting that she just checks their profile pictures just to laugh at them, which is why people are scared to hate her.

“So I feel like people are scared to hate on me on Instagram because I will go to your bio pic, I will stare very hard and be like tiny weiner for sure. Tiny, tiny, tiny.”

Bella then doubled down on her criticism of the people who constantly attack celebrities online, saying she believes many of them hide behind keyboards because they have tiny weiners and don’t get laid.

“These men have tiny weiners and don’t know how to use it. They’re guys who don’t get laid. Just know that Brie is visualizing you like that, so come at me and I will visually tear you apart.”

Brie Bella just made it clear that online criticism isn’t something she takes seriously anymore, and if anything, she’s more than willing to fire back when trolls decide to come after her.
