Brie Bella didn’t hold back when asked about the state of kayfabe in 2026—and for her, it’s already gone.

During her appearance on Impaulsive with Logan Paul alongside her sister Nikki Bella, the WWE Hall of Famer weighed in on the long-running debate about whether wrestling’s tradition of kayfabe—protecting the illusion of storylines—is still alive. When asked directly if she thinks kayfabe is dead, Brie pointed to the new WWE Unreal Netflix series as proof:

“I do. I mean, the only reason I say, when you see, like you watch Unreal, we see how like matches are getting put together, and you see like all the way into the like the business, you know, room.”

Logan Paul asked if she was a fan of the behind-the-scenes reveal, and Brie shrugged off the concern:

“No, I mean I don’t care.”

Pressed further on whether she personally liked the show, Brie gave a measured response:

“No, this is what I feel. There’s an audience who loves it, and then there’s an audience who hates it. I mean, at the end of the day, we’re never going to please everyone, right? There’s always going to be haters and people talking s**t.”

Nikki Bella jumped in to offer a different take, embracing the evolution of the business:

“But for me, it’s cool to see how it all works. Yeah, we have to evolutionize.”

Brie eventually clarified that while she finds it interesting, she sees the show as confirmation that kayfabe is no longer part of the game:

“So, I think I like it. I’m like, I get interested to see like what’s said in those rooms and how it goes down, but it doesn’t—I feel like that means kayfabe’s dead.”

Whether you’re nostalgic for the days of mystery or a fan of total transparency, the Bella Twins just made it clear: the curtain is wide open.
