Braun Strowman Gets Real About Dating Struggles and New Relationship

Braun Strowman just became honest about his love life after WWE—and surprise, The Monster Among Monsters is officially off the market.

During his appearance on the latest episode of Hot Goss, the former WWE Superstar didn’t hold back when asked about what dating was like during his WWE run—and how it’s changed now that he’s no longer on the road 300 days a year.

“Dated once in the industry — and it was tough just being around all the time. Trying to date outside was hard too, because we’re on the road 300 days a year. I have a thousand stays at the Marriott Hotel in eight years.”

But post-WWE? A whole different story. Braun revealed he’s now happily taken—and it sounds like he found someone who knows how to keep this 6’8” powerhouse grounded.

“I have a girlfriend now and stuff like that we’re working on. I got a beautiful Italian girl, little 5’3”, like 130 pounds. She’s mean — but that’s what I need. I need somebody to keep me in check.”

And the best part? It wasn’t some whirlwind romance. This one’s been brewing for a while.

“No, we met through some friends and stuff. We’ve known each other for six years and it just got to the point where it’s like, yeah, we get along with each other. Like, I can be of your service, you can be of mine — like I can get all the stuff off the top shelf where she can’t reach.”

This comes as Strowman’s Everything on the Menu with Braun Strowman wraps its first season. With USA Network’s soon-to-be parent company Versant feeling “pretty optimistic” about a second helping, things are definitely cooking—both on-screen and off—for the former WWE big man.

So it’s clear that Braun’s got a new show, a new chapter, and a new love—all without stepping into the ring. So, life after WWE isn’t slowing him down; it might just be leveling him up.
