Jordynne Grace’s WWE signing has officially been confirmed, and Booker T is all for it. Fightful Select broke the news on January 28, revealing that Grace has signed a multi-year deal with WWE, marking a major move for the powerhouse wrestler.
Grace recently wrapped up her time in TNA Wrestling, with her final match being a loss to Tessa Blanchard at TNA Genesis earlier this month. Given her surprise appearance at the 2024 Royal Rumble, many saw this signing as inevitable.
On the latest episode of his Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T weighed in on Grace joining WWE and made it clear that she’s got everything it takes to succeed at the highest level.
“I’m so proud of her. Congratulations, Jordynne Grace, for finally inking that deal. All the hard work she put in over the years, she deserves this. Remember when she showed up at the Rumble a few years back? I was like, ‘Man, she fits in perfectly.’ She checks off every box, she passes that test, and now she’s getting the shot to actually work in WWE.”
Booker also touched on the TNA-WWE crossover, saying it gives talent like Grace the opportunity to perform on wrestling’s biggest stage.
“I think that’s what this TNA-WWE crossover deal is truly all about—giving wrestlers a chance to work at the highest level at least once in their career. That’s what it’s all about for young talent getting into the business. Again, congratulations to Jordynne Grace.”
