Booker T Confident Chris Jericho Will Make WWE Return Amid Speculation

Chris Jericho’s pro wrestling future is a major topic of discussion, since many believe Jericho will return to WWE. While speculation continues, Booker T has made it clear that he believes Jericho will come back to WWE.

While speaking on the Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T was asked if Chris Jericho might return to WWE when his contract expires in December, given that Jericho has said he’s open to it.

Booker T explained that there’s been a lot of talk about Jericho possibly coming back, and he believes Jericho would always fit in WWE. He compared him to stars like Edge and Christian, saying Jericho is an original, which makes him a natural fit. Booker T added that he could definitely see Jericho making a WWE return.

“People were talking about it, people talking about Jericho coming back, you know. Does Jericho fit into WWE right now? Yeah, I mean, look, to me, it’s like Chris Jericho — he’s like Edge or Christian. They’ll always fit in. He’s an original, he’s an OG, you know what I mean? So yeah, I could definitely see Chris Jericho coming back.”

This comes after we have previously reported that many in WWE believe that Chris Jericho returning to WWE is inevitable, as his AEW contract is set to expire in December this year.

While nothing is official yet, the hype surrounding Chris Jericho’s next move continues to grow. If Booker T’s words are any indication, a return to WWE may be less about if and more about when.
