Booker T Appreciation Night Segment Erupts Into Chaos During 3/17 WWE NXT

The March 17 episode of WWE NXT took the show on the road. Houston got quite a show, and Booker T was appreciated in a big way. Then things got a bit wild.

During this week’s NXT, WWE paid tribute to Booker T. The whole show was called “Booker T Appreciation Night,” and that included a special segment.

Booker T appeared in the ring with Vic Joseph, who introduced a video package for the two-time WWE Hall of Famer. Sharmel and Booker’s kids and some Reality of Wrestling stars were also around.

After the video, Booker T cut a heartfelt promo. Then things went south as Keanu Carver came out. He was on fire and very angry about the situation, which caused him to run through everyone in his way. When it was just him and Booker T in the ring, Jasper Troy came out.

Jasper Troy and Keanu Carver brawled in the ring and then Jasper clotheslined Carver over the top rope. This was a chaotic ending the an otherwise nice segment. Booker T grabbed the microphone after that and yelled at Robert Stone for letting this kind of thing happen in his city. He was hot about how it all went down, and that anger carried over into the next segment.

In the end, the NXT locker room came out to applaud Booker T. He was appreciated in a big way, and Houston showed him tons of love. Sadly, they didn’t get through it without some typical shenanigans.
