Blake Monroe isn’t losing sleep over critics who doubt her — and she made that crystal clear while discussing the perception that her glamorous look leads some fans to underestimate her inside the ring.

During a recent interview with The Wrestling Classic, the WWE NXT star addressed the idea that some people still question whether she is truly serious about professional wrestling. Monroe acknowledged that she has faced that narrative throughout her career, but she believes her accomplishments speak louder than any criticism.

The conversation turned to how she handles moments when people fail to take her seriously because of her appearance. Monroe responded by pointing directly to the body of work she has built across the wrestling world before arriving in WWE.

“Listen, my resume speaks for itself. I mean, I’ve wrestled all over the world. I’ve done amazing things. I’m now a WWE superstar.”

Monroe then leaned fully into the persona she has developed in NXT, presenting herself as a performer who demands attention every time she appears on screen. According to Monroe, her presence alone guarantees she will remain part of the conversation among fans and media.

“I’m the glamour Blake Monroe. I’m the standard. I am the conversation.”

Rather than trying to convince skeptics, Monroe suggested she is comfortable letting people talk — even if they are criticizing her. In her view, being talked about at all is proof that she has already accomplished part of her mission. She finished the statement with a blunt line that left little doubt about how she feels about the criticism.

“Every single week, you will talk about me whether you like me or not. That’s serious motion.”

“Also, I’m rich. I really don’t care.”

Monroe continues to push herself as one of the most outspoken personalities on the NXT roster, and she has shown no interest in softening her stance for detractors. If anything, the reaction from fans appears to fuel the character she has built as “The Glamour.”
