Blake Monroe Booked For First Stand & Deliver Title Match During 3/31 NXT

The March 31 episode of NXT was the go-home episode before Stand & Deliver. Fans were ready for some big news, and that certainly happened during the show’s second hour.

Tatum Paxley was blindsided after her cage match NXT Women’s North American Title match against Izzi Dame. Blake Monroe dragged her under the stage and stole her championship. This week in NYC, the two had a face-to-face in the ring.

Blake Monroe said she couldn’t give the title back, because she never properly lost it. Then Tatum Paxley said that she has something that Blake wants, her first-ever Stand & Deliver match.

After Blake Monroe thought about it, she accepted the match. Now the NXT Women’s North American Title will be defended as Tatum Paxley puts her championship on the line against Blake Monroe. That may be a stand-out match.

Blake Monroe made it clear that she is polished, and the standard of NXT. Meanwhile, Tutum looks “like she deserves to be in the crowd with all these dirty New Yorkers.” That was quite a shot to deliver so close to their Stand & Deliver war. After they struggled for the title, Blake ran off with the belt once again.
