He says if he was running RAW he would have let The Bullet Club into the building, because WWE could have set it up to create some intrigue in their product which ultimately helps the company. This invasion will ultimately be nothing more than a blip in the history of professional wrestling but if WWE would have let them into the building, all parties involved could have benefitted from a very memorable night.
Bischoff recalls hiring a former WWE employee during the Monday Night Wars, and when this employee showed up at WCW he had brought a book full of confidential WWE information with him. Bischoff chose not to look at it and from that point on, he knew that he could never trust that person for as long as he worked with him.
Hausman mentions that WWE and Jinder Mahal have been receiving some criticism for the ‘racist’ promos he has cut recently on Smackdown Live. Bischoff says it’s stupid that there’s even any controversy surrounding this. He says much like a television show or a movie, this is just dialogue being delivered by a character, and there’s no need to try to make it something more than it is.
