Big Vito isn’t staying quiet after the chaotic ending at JCW Lunacy, and his latest reaction is making it clear he believes the finish was anything but fair.
Following the main event of JCW Lunacy on April 2, 2026 — which ended with Violent J helping secure victory and gaining 50 percent ownership — Vito took to Twitter on April 4 to blast the outcome and accuse Vince Russo of orchestrating what he called a major screwjob.
After reflecting on the loss, Vito made it clear he believes the situation was planned against him and compared what happened to one of wrestling’s most infamous moments.
“Good Morning. SCREW JOB! SCREW JOB! SCREWJOB! I have digested what took place at @jcwlunacy. The @THEVinceRusso Screwjob is bigger then the Montreal Screwjob @WWE with @BretHart.”
Vito also claimed that the match situation changed in ways he didn’t agree to, saying the lineup shifted and gave his opponents an unfair advantage. He insisted he showed up ready with his team, but felt the situation turned against him once new competitors became involved.
“How do you substitute guys in a match for the same prize? No one said anything about (Pre-Game Warm Up)… Then Vince comes out… and gets soft to make a SUPER TEAM.”
He went on to describe the closing moments of the match, claiming he had the victory secured before outside interference changed the outcome.
“I had the match won when I hit my Finish. But Violent J comes down, Hits me with a Chain, Isn't that a DQ? Then he puts me threw a table. I STILL GOT UP. Then hit from behind by Nemeth.”
Vito didn’t stop there, directly accusing Vince Russo of betrayal and promising that the situation is far from finished.
“Vince Screwed Me!!!!!!! You @THEVinceRusso learned from the best @VinceMcMahon… I AM NOT DONE… THIS IS NOT OVER… The Don Big Vito LoGrasso will have the last word.”
With tensions now spilling onto social media, it’s clear this situation isn’t settling down anytime soon — and Vito’s promise of revenge suggests the rivalry could escalate even further in the weeks ahead.
