WWE tries to surprise fans with a few Royal Rumble entries every year. They have a lot of spots open this year to do just that, and they are bringing back one name from the past.

According to PW Insider, Carlito is appearing in the 2021 Royal Rumble match. He is in Tampa and he will be a surprise entrant.
This is a big surprise because Carlito wasn’t at the RAW Reunion despite the fact he was promoted to appear. He sent out a very interesting animated gif after he didn’t show up as advertised.
