Big Match Officially Booked For Extreme Rules

We figured Roman Reigns and Bobby Lashley were headed toward a match, but it was made official this week on Raw. The two have been trading insults for a couple weeks now and both want a piece of Brock Lesnar, so it looks like they’ll battle it out at Extreme Rules

There was no stipulation set for this match which would make it extreme, and Lesnar’s Universal Title wasn’t mentioned at all as being part of this match either. So it looks like we still might not be getting a #1 contender. But at least we’re getting Roman vs Bobby.

These two were going to likely get some time to beat each other senseless during the original booking of the Extreme Rules event because they were the only two announced for the multi-man match for the #1 contendership.

Now there is only Bobby vs Roman and there’s no #1 contendership. We’ll keep you updated just in case things change on that one eventually.
