Bianca Belair has officially gone under the knife for her finger injury — and she’s already started the road to recovery.
After it was reported that her finger procedure would likely take her out of WrestleMania 42, Belair confirmed on February 17, 2026 that the surgery was done. She took to her Instagram Story and shared a photo of her heavily bandaged finger while heading into rehab. Instead of sounding discouraged, Belair kept it light — even joking about the early start time for therapy: “7 am therapy. 1st day after surgery…Now why does it have to be at 7 am?!!”
This comes after Belair already revealed on February 16 that she was going repair the injury she originally suffered at WrestleMania 41 during her Triple Threat match with Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY. What was initially believed to be a relatively simple recovery turned into a months-long issue after her knuckle joint was crushed in the match.
With WrestleMania 42 now officially off the table, Belair’s focus appears to be squarely on recovery and rehab. The early-morning therapy session shows she isn’t wasting time in starting the comeback process. While fans hoping for a surprise WrestleMania return now have their answer, this update shows something else — Belair is already putting in the work to get back.
