Bianca Belair is giving fans a real look at what she’s been dealing with — and it’s not pretty.

Just after confirming she underwent surgery for her finger injury, Belair returned to Instagram on February 19, 2026 with a major update, sharing multiple slides from the procedure along with footage of her pushing through painful rehab. That included a graphic image of her finger during surgery and clips showing the intensity of her physical therapy. Belair didn’t hold back when explaining just how long and frustrating the journey has been, revealing the full timeline of what she’s gone through since the injury first happened.

“10 months post injury, 8 months of rehab, 5 Dr’s Later… And we are FINALLY here. Now I can finally start to put this behind me. Thank you so much Dr. Desai for hearing me and fixing me!”

She also made it clear that the injury was far more complicated than people may have realized, pointing to the difficulty of dealing with joint damage and how much it impacted her day-to-day life.

“Fingers and JOINTS are complicated, frustrating, confusing, essential… if you don’t get it… consider yourself lucky and I hope you never have to find out. Maybe one day I’ll go into detail but it’s a lot.”

Even after everything she’s been through, Belair kept her tone appreciative, thanking fans for their continued support while also acknowledging just how intense some of the content she shared actually was.

“Thank you to those who have sent so much love my way and continue to. 💋 Graphic photo from surgery… I was going to post the video but it was a little more graphic than the photo and I didn’t want to freak out some people too badly lol”

The update comes after Belair confirmed she went under the knife to repair damage stemming from her WrestleMania 41 match with Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY, where her knuckle joint was crushed. What was initially expected to be a manageable injury turned into a long-term issue that ultimately ruled her out of WrestleMania 42.

Now, with surgery finally complete and rehab underway again, Belair is shifting her focus toward recovery and putting this chapter behind her — even if the process is still far from easy.

Do you think Bianca Belair will be able to return at the same level after such a long and difficult recovery, or could this injury impact her going forward? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
