Becky Lynch is fired up and ready to flip the script — and she’s making it very clear that her title match with Maxxine Dupri isn’t just another stop on the card.
Just one day before the stacked January 5, 2026 edition of WWE Raw streams live on Netflix, Lynch took to Twitter to cut a vintage promo of her own, hyping up her Intercontinental Championship rematch against “Moody Maxxine.”
“TOMORROW is the BIGGEST event in the history of @netflix. My much anticipated rematch with MOODY MAXXINE!!! Some say it’s the REAL MAIN EVENT! Box Office will be SHATTERED!!! Subscriptions are at RECORD numbers!!! (You’re welcome Teddy).”
And she didn’t stop there. Lynch ev en joked that her momentum has New York’s political leaders taking notice. But in true Big Time Becks fashion, she finished with a promise to derail Maxxine’s momentum and reclaim gold.
“Even the new mayor of New York is hyped (I hear he wants to give me the key to the city).”
“I can’t wait to turn Maxxine’s fairy tale week UPSIDE DOWN and be your Intercontinental champion again!!! (side plates included).”
Lynch’s tweet comes ahead of what’s already shaping up to be a blockbuster episode of Raw — the first to air in WWE’s exclusive Netflix era. The January 5 card includes three major title matches and the long-awaited return of Liv Morgan to televised action.

With Lynch promising a “box office” moment and calling her bout the real main event, all eyes are on whether she can back it up with gold.
