Beast Mortos is backtracking again—and this time, he’s sounding a lot more like the guy fans originally thought was throwing shade at AAA’s Taurus.

After TripleManía XXXIII, Mortos set X on fire with a cryptic post that read, “Preparing the lawsuit. See you in court. Rawwwwwrrrrrr…” The timing was impossible to ignore—Taurus had just appeared in gear that fans instantly compared to Mortos’ signature look. Everyone assumed it was a dig.

But once the backlash hit, Mortos tried to brush it off, claiming the post wasn’t about wrestling at all.

“I’m actually working on a real case about a woman who suffered physical violence in her marriage. But it’s funny to know that they linked it to the character of Taurus. This is funny.”

Just like that, he tried to change the conversation. That might’ve worked—if he’d left it there. But now, he’s taken to Instagram and made things even messier.

In a Story posted shortly after his tweetstorm, Mortos wrote:

“I won’t sue anyone, the legal process they asked me for help with and I’ll work on is completely different from that of my ex-character. 🙄🙄”

So now we’re back to “my ex-character”—which could be interpreted as Mortos not-so-subtly confirming that yes, this actually was about Taurus all along. After insisting people misread him, Mortos just leaned right into what everyone was saying in the first place.
