Bayley is opening up about life after heartbreak—and revealing how her outlook on motherhood and relationships has changed in recent years.
During a January 15, 2026 episode of What’s Your Story? with Stephanie McMahon, the WWE Superstar reflected on where she stands now after her public split from longtime partner and AEW wrestler Aaron Solow. The two were previously engaged but called it off in 2021, citing different visions for the future.
Bayley didn’t mention Solow by name, but her comments painted a clear picture of how her priorities have evolved since the breakup. She revealed that she’s now open to having kids—just not at the expense of settling for the wrong relationship.
“I do want to have kids. Now I’m at an age where I’m open to it—if it happens, it happens, with the right person.”
She then clarified that just because she’s open to motherhood doesn’t mean she’s rushing to settle down. For her, commitment comes with serious consideration. Bayley also revealed how much her mindset has changed with experience. She’s more aware of what she values in a relationship and what she’s willing to wait for.
“If I were to meet someone today and they wanted to have kids, it’s not like I’d be like, ‘Let’s do it!’ I want to be with someone where, if I’m going to commit to them, I need to make sure they’re fit for that. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve realized what I want out of a relationship. So if it happens, it happens—but I’ll be okay if it doesn’t.”
Bayley’s remarks give fans a better look into her mindset beyond the ring, showing how she’s embraced maturity, clarity, and peace with whatever life brings next. Whether or not motherhood is in the cards, one thing’s clear—she’s focused on living life on her own terms.
