Ricochet’s criticism of WWE has led to a lot of backlash online — and this time, it’s from the self-proclaimed Bad Ass Construction Worker.

After the AEW National Champion publicly accused WWE of “killing legacies and love of the sport” earlier this month, a self-described “Bad Ass Construction Worker Supervisor” took to Twitter on February 28, 2026 and launched an explosive, profanity-filled rant aimed directly at him.

He began by mocking Ricochet’s public frustration with his former employer, framing it as whining rather than a legitimate grievance.

“Seeing the wrestler Rinkochet crying over the internet, ‘Aww, WWE ruined my career.’ No — you trying to talk ruined your own career, bud. That’s why you’re in the backup f***** B-leagues, not even a mid-carder over there.”

He didn’t stop at career criticism. He went straight for Ricochet’s in-ring style, suggesting he retreat to his masked high-flying roots instead of speaking out.

“You should go back to your Lucha Underground days, put your mask back on, and do a bunch of flips because you fucking suck.”

Then came the broader shot at AEW itself — dragging the entire roster into the crossfire. Clearly irritated by Ricochet’s public comments about losing his passion in WWE, the poster accused him of doing nothing but complaining online.

“AEW sucks — all the wrestlers there are wannabes, and that’s why they’re not in WWE. There you are, just talking shit on the internet. Literally no one wants you to talk, bud.”

And just when it seemed like it couldn’t escalate further, the rant ended with him threatening to beat up Ricochet.

“Yeah, this friggin’ loser Ricochet would try me, dude — I’d clothesline the s*** out of that guy and make him do flips all around like a f****** loser.”

This comes after Ricochet claimed his five-year WWE stint “tarnished” his legacy and left him feeling like a shell of himself — comments that have clearly struck a nerve with certain fans. So one thing’s certain: when you call out WWE publicly, the internet calls back.

Do you think Ricochet is justified in speaking out about his WWE experience, or should he move on and let his work speak for itself? Drop your thoughts below and let us know.
