Tiffany Stratton is officially cleared to return—and WWE fans might not have to wait long to see her back in action.

According to Wrestling Observer Newsletter and Bodyslam.net, the former WWE Women’s Champion has received medical clearance after being sidelined with an undisclosed injury that took her off TV for over two months. Sources now say WWE expects Stratton to be “featured prominently” during the road to WrestleMania 42.

Stratton was last seen on the November 1, 2025 episode of Saturday Night’s Main Event, where she lost the WWE Women’s Championship to Jade Cargill in a high-profile title match. The defeat not only ended her reign, but also marked the start of her extended absence—sparking weeks of speculation about her status.

While WWE never publicly disclosed the nature of her injury, Bodyslam confirmed it was serious enough to keep her out for the rest of last year. Now, with WrestleMania season heating up, WWE reportedly has big plans for Stratton moving forward.

As of today, all signs point to a possible surprise return at the upcoming Royal Rumble Premium Live Event, which takes place Saturday, January 31, at the King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

With her “Center of the Universe” persona and main-event potential, Stratton’s return could shake up the SmackDown landscape at the perfect time.
