Ava’s In-Ring Status Amid Ongoing NXT General Manager Role

Ava has been with NXT for a few years and is currently working as the brand’s General Manager. She used to wrestle in the ring, and many fans have been wondering if she’ll return to compete, and now her current in-ring status has been revealed.

Mike Johnson of PWInsider recently held a Q&A session where he answered several fan questions. Johnson was asked if Ava still trains at the WWE Performance Center or if she’s finished with wrestling.

Johnson stated he hasn’t heard anything about her being done with training. If WWE decides to bring her back to the ring with a new storyline, it’s likely she would want to be ready for it.

Aside from her role as a General Manager for NXT, she has full control of EVOLVE as well. It is to be noted that Ava has not competed inside the squared circle NXT Heatwave 2023, which was back in August of that year.

Since Ava hasn’t stopped her in-ring training, there’s still a chance she could wrestle again. As WWE keeps changing and developing new storylines, it’s very possible that fans will see her back in the ring sometime in the future.
