Austin Theory and Grayson Waller have made it clear they’re not here for the glitz and glamour of WWE Raw on Netflix—but they definitely know how to steal a moment.
During the January 27 episode of Raw, Theory and Waller were spotted sitting front row despite officially being part of the red brand. When Jackie Redmond caught up with them, Theory made it clear that he had zero interest in the A-list celebrities and music stars showing up for WWE’s new era. Instead, he hyped up A-Town Down Under’s move to Raw, promising they were there to take over.
But the real moment came after Raw went off the air, when WWE posted footage of Jackie interviewing Theory and Waller backstage. As the duo continued flexing about their dominance, Waller mistakenly called Jackie “Cathy.”
Jackie quietly corrected Waller after he walked off, saying, “It’s Jackie.” Before she could even finish, Austin Theory jumped in with a classic: “It’s what?”
As Jackie tried again to say her name, Theory cut her off mid-sentence with The Rock’s legendary line: “It doesn’t matter what your name is!” And just like that, Theory strutted off-camera, leaving Jackie standing there in disbelief.
Austin Theory clearly knows how to make a moment, and this time, Jackie Redmond was on the receiving end. Dropping one of The Rock’s most legendary catchphrases was the ultimate mic-drop move, and it left fans wondering if Theory is just trolling or if he’s setting himself up for something bigger down the line. Either way, A-Town Down Under just made sure people are talking about them—and that’s exactly what they wanted.
What do you think? Was Theory just having fun, or is there more to this? Drop your thoughts in the comments below!
