Ash By Elegance’s Personal Concierge Crashes WWE NXT to Deliver a Message to Jacy Jayne

The war between WWE and TNA got personal on the August 5 episode of WWE NXT — and Ash By Elegance didn’t even have to step into the ring to make her presence felt.

Ash’s Personal Concierge made a surprise appearance on NXT, delivering a message on her behalf to Jacy Jayne. Jayne currently holds both the WWE NXT Women’s Championship and the TNA Knockouts World Championship — and she’s set to defend the latter against Ash By Elegance on the August 7 episode of TNA iMPACT!.

The concierge, played by George Iceman, approached Jayne backstage and made it clear that his client intends to take the Knockouts Title. He added that he wanted to shine the belts for Ash ahead of her win. Jayne — flanked by Fallon Henley and Jazmyn Nyx — quickly shut down the attempt and told him not to touch her titles. He promptly left.

The scene escalated when Lainey Reid entered, stirring the pot between Fatal Influence members. Reid reminded Jacy that it was Jazmyn Nyx’s job to shine the belts, prompting Jayne to send Jazmyn off with the titles.

Ash By Elegance, formerly known as Dana Brooke, is no stranger to the NXT brand. After being released by WWE in 2023, she re-emerged in TNA Wrestling with a complete reinvention and has since found success as part of the Elegance Brand.

Her upcoming title match against Jacy Jayne has become one of the most talked-about cross-promotional encounters in recent memory — and now the personal jabs have made it even more intense.
