Ash by Elegance is officially out of action once again—and this time, it’s not just in TNA. The former Knockouts Champion has now been forced to vacate another title, confirming that her in-ring career is no longer continuing for medical reasons.
During the most recent Boca Raton Championship Wrestling event, Ash appeared in a video posted to the promotion’s Instagram Story and made an emotional announcement to fans, revealing she had to relinquish the BRCW Women’s Championship.
“I have to tell you something extremely difficult, so bear with me. I have to make an announcement that I am not medically cleared to compete, so with a heavy heart, I have to forfeit this title.”
This update comes just weeks after she vacated of the TNA Knockouts Title for the same reason—being medically disqualified from in-ring competition.
Tommy Dreamer, who’s been closely tied to her status in TNA, offered a bit more clarity during a recent statement while urging fans not to pry further.
“She is no longer physically able to compete, per her statement and that’s it. There’s HIPAA laws involved and stuff like that. People shouldn’t speculate.”
In addition to her formal statements, Ash by Elegance also hinted at her retirement during a recent virtual signing. While promoting some memorabilia, she revealed that a specific shirt she was selling marked the end of her wrestling career.
“$30 for this top. It is worn with me and Paige VanZant (in a photoshoot), but also, this is the shirt I retired in. It’s $30. My retirement t-shirt.”
After building a strong brand across multiple promotions and giving fans standout performances over the years, Ash by Elegance stepping away due to medical complications is a harsh reminder of how punishing the wrestling business can be.
While her days inside the ring may be over, her legacy is still being written—and all eyes are now on what she’ll choose to do next outside of competition.
