Ash By Elegance has officially indicated that her time in the ring is over.

Just days after giving up the Knockouts Championship at TNA Victory Road, the former Dana Brooke called the shirt she wore that night her “retirement t-shirt” — leaving no doubt that she considers herself retired from wrestling.

During a virtual signing with RDP Promotions, Ash told fans the shirt was available for purchase, explaining its personal significance.

“$30 for this top. It is worn with me and Paige VanZant (in a photoshoot), but also, this is the shirt I retired in. It’s $30. My retirement t-shirt.”

Ash then thanked her supporters and revealed that while she won’t be wrestling anymore, she isn’t walking away from TNA completely.

“Guys, thank you so much. It was an honor, a pleasure. Thanks for always tuning in, and supporting me. I might not be in the ring, but, I’ll still be busy. TNA has opened their doors for me and allowed me to do things backstage. Just not in the ring. Never say never so, maybe one day again…”

Her words confirm what many suspected after her emotional promo at Victory Road — Ash By Elegance has stepped away from in-ring competition for good, at least for the foreseeable future. Once seen as hitting her stride in TNA, she now transitions into a behind-the-scenes role while closing the book on her wrestling career at its peak.
