Arianna Grace Wins TNA Knockouts World Title At No Surrender

No Surrender was quite a night, and it wasn’t short on surprises. This included a title change that nobody saw coming.

Arianna Grace has been through quite a wild ride recently. She made up with her father, TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella. Then she stabbed him in the back.

At No Surrender, Arianna Grace got a Knockouts Title shot, which was a brilliant stroke of nepotism. That being said, she still brought her all against Lei Ying Lee. This is despite the fact that she had done nothing to earn the shot.

Arianna Grace was able to gain an upperhand off a distraction. Then she showed off some relentless offense on the outside, but the title could only change hands via pinfall or submission inside the ring. Then the assault continued on inside the ring once again, but the champion wouldn’t go down easily.

Lee was able to nail a huge avalanche suplex on Grace at around the 15-minute mark of this match. Then they started trading shots before they even got up to their feet. After getting a Cobra on her hand, just like her father, and nailing Lee in the throat, Grace landed another move for the win. In the end, Grace won the match and became the new TNA Knockouts World Champion.
