Ariana Grace is officially back—and according to her, she’s never felt better.

The NXT star joined Booker T and Brad Gilmore on the Hall of Fame podcast and confirmed she’s fully cleared after surgery, revealing that a past boxing injury was the setback—but now, it’s only sharpened her drive. After months of recovery, Ariana says she’s not just healed—she’s leveled up.

“Now I am patched up, better than I’ve ever been. Now this knife is sharp—sharper than it’s ever been. So I feel amazing. I feel excited. I feel like I’m moving better than ever. I just needed a little bit of a tune-up, and now I’m good to go.”

That “tune-up” has been followed by intense training behind the scenes. Ariana made it clear that while she hasn’t had many matches recently, she’s been working relentlessly to be ready when the right opportunity comes.

“For like the past year, I have been training very hard. I feel like I’ve really only had just a handful of matches to really showcase what I’ve been working on… I know what I have in these pockets. I’m just waiting to empty them.”

Her rehab and training grind come at a time when the wrestling world is paying more attention to her than ever—especially with her current role as the bridge between WWE NXT and TNA Wrestling. But don’t let her pageant background fool you. Ariana says she’s ready to shake up expectations.

“Not to say that I’m underestimated, but as a pageant queen, sometimes people think you’re just this kind, beautiful, caring, amazing—sorry, I could go on—but no, no, no. We got more surprises for people.”

Ariana Grace isn’t here to coast on a last name or a sash. She’s stitched up, powered up, and itching to prove she’s not just a pretty face in a pageant dress—she’s a serious threat with something to prove. If you thought she was just decoration, think again. This version of Ariana isn’t waiting for permission—she’s ready to take what’s hers, one perfectly timed match at a time.

Should WWE give her more time to show what she’s got in the ring? Let us know in the comments.
