The “F*** ICE” chants aren’t staying contained to AEW — they’ve now followed MJF to New York.

After surfacing multiple times on AEW television in recent weeks, the chant was heard again at HOG No Turning Back, this time before MJF’s match against Zilla Fatu. As the crowd loudly repeated the phrase, both MJF and Zilla looked around at the audience, clearly aware of the reaction continuing to build.

The chant first picked up serious momentum on the February 4 episode of AEW Dynamite in Las Vegas before the initial showdown between MJF and Brody King. It later echoed throughout Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney during AEW Grand Slam Australia, and again on the February 18 episode of Dynamite in Sacramento — even interrupting a backstage segment involving King.

Now, with the chant making its way to a House of Glory event in New York, it’s clear the reaction isn’t isolated to one market or one promotion. The situation also gained attention outside the wrestling world. Following the February 4 Dynamite broadcast, mainstream outlets covered the crowd reaction, including John Oliver referencing it during his show.

Brody King has been outspoken about the topic himself, previously wearing an “Abolish ICE” shirt at Grand Slam Mexico and raising funds to support those impacted by ICE raids. What began as a spontaneous crowd reaction on AEW TV has now traveled across cities, countries, and promotions — and it doesn’t appear to be slowing down.

Do you think this chant continues to follow MJF wherever he appears, or will promotions step in to control the situation? Let us know your thoughts below.
