Another NXT Superstar Injured

Montez Ford was unable to compete at Saturday & Sunday’s NXT Live Events due to a mouth-related injury.

Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer reports that Ford may be dealing with a tooth issue, but it’s not believed to be too serious. It’s unknown right now if Ford suffered the injury in a match. Ford last completed at Friday’s NXT show in Cleveland, Ohio teaming with Angelo Dawkins. The duo lost to NXT Tag Team Champions Bobby Fish & Kyle O’Reilly.

Instead of competing at Saturday & Sunday’s shows, Ford accompanied Dawkins for his matches on both shows. We will keep you updated if we receive any other details regarding his injury.
