Another familiar face is expected to be part of WWE’s upcoming Worlds Collide event—this time it’s former WWE Superstar Lince Dorado.

According to a new update from PWInsider, “Add Lince Dorado to the list of those slated to be at Worlds Collide. No word yet if he’ll be working the show itself or helping out behind the scenes.” Dorado’s involvement marks a major development in the crossover event between WWE NXT and Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide.

While it’s still unknown if Dorado will step into the ring or contribute off-camera, his presence brings extra attention to the growing lineup. This year’s Worlds Collide will be held at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California, on Saturday, June 7, and it will stream live on WWE’s YouTube channel.

So far, the event already boasts two key matchups. Stephanie Vaquer and Lola Vice will take on Dalys and Chik Tormenta in tag action, and Ethan Page will defend his NXT North American Championship in a Fatal 4-Way match against Je’Von Evans, Laredo Kid, and Rey Fenix.

Dorado’s status adds another intrigue to the show, especially as WWE leans further into international talent collaborations. His recent work in various independent and lucha libre promotions could make him a perfect fit for a surprise in-ring appearance.

WWE isn’t slowing down after Battleground—and Worlds Collide is shaping up to be a real showcase of what’s next.
