Andrade El Ídolo is officially back in AEW — and he’s wasted no time in letting the world know exactly how he feels about it.

Following weeks of speculation and legal limbo, Andrade made a surprise return during the January 7, 2026 episode of AEW Dynamite. After a post-match ambush during a trios bout involving The Young Bucks and The Demand, Andrade revealed himself as the masked attacker aligning with Don Callis’ faction — setting the stage for a major power shift in the tag division.

Now, for the first time since reappearing on AEW television, Andrade has spoken publicly about his return. Taking to Twitter, he expressed gratitude to AEW President Tony Khan, writing:

“Once again, thank you very much, Sir!!! @AEW vamos a romperla!!”

That last phrase — “vamos a romperla” — translates to “we’re going to break it” in English, a confident statement signaling that Andrade is aiming to dominate in his second AEW run. Andrade also doubled down on his return with a powerful declaration:

“LATINO MAN ‘ANDRADE EL IDOLO’ Is Back @AEW”

These are the first public remarks from Andrade since he officially re-signed with AEW and had his return confirmed by Tony Khan. While AEW has yet to announce Andrade’s first match back, his association with the Don Callis Family has already drawn attention from top factions like The Demand and FTR.

Andrade’s brief but impactful comments now put the AEW locker room on notice — and if his words are anything to go by, he’s coming for everything.
