Alexa Bliss has finally responded to criticism from fans who tried to shame her for looking older.

One fan took to Twitter and tried to age-shame Alexa Bliss by asking why Bliss looks older now than she used to in the past, saying, “Why does she kinda look older than she used to?🫢 #WWERaw”

The same fan then tried to defend their view by comparing Bliss to Jaida Parker, pointing out that the two are only eight years apart and posting a photo of Jaida in 2025 as if it proved their point.

“No s***I know about aging, but Alexa and Jaida are only 8 years apart & this is Jaida in 2025…”

Alexa Bliss clearly caught wind of these tweets and decided to issue a response. Bliss explained that her appearance is affected by her current lifestyle. She noted that she only gets one full day at home each week due to her nonstop schedule, while also being a full-time mom and constantly fighting exhaustion, a combination that obviously takes a toll on how she looks.

“I’ve seen the tweets – and all I can say is Having only 1 full day at
Home a week with our non stop schedule & being a full time mom & constantly fighting exhaustion – will definitely take a toll on my appearance 🖤😂”

Alexa Bliss is still one of WWE’s biggest stars, but like many women in the public eye, she faces unfair comments about how she looks. Her response reminded everyone that wrestlers have tough schedules, get tired, and have personal lives. So it’s obvious their appearance can change. Hopefully, she won’t have to deal with rude comments like this anymore.

Do you think wrestling fans put too much pressure on women in WWE to look a certain way? How can the wrestling community better support performers off-camera? Sound off in the comments.
