WWE has a new top female tag team, but that doesn’t mean they’re friends.

WWE had a lot of cards on the table for SummerSlam, and they delivered for the Women’s Tag Team Title match. Those belts have seen some interesting developments in recent memory, and the Judgment Day had no plan to drop them.

Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss formed an unlikely alliance, one out of convenience, but the two made it very clear that they are not friends. They stepped in the ring to take on Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez in MetLife Stadium with another championship on their mind.

The Women’s Tag Team Title match took the stage as the second match of the night, right after Roman Reigns and Jey Uso beat Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker in the opening contest.

Charlotte Flair started out for her team and she took some abuse early on as the heels took control. The match shifted momentum as the crowd woke up for the end of the contest. There were a couple near falls, and eventually Alexa Bliss set Roxanne Perez up for a Sister Abigail as Charlotte Flair nailed Raquel Rodriguez with a big boot.

Alexa Bliss got the pinfall after that, and she celebrated as Women’s Tag Team Champions with Charlotte Flair. In the end, the non-friends walked away with the gold.
