Alexa Bliss isn’t just back in WWE—she’s already making moves. Fresh off her shocking return at the 2025 Royal Rumble, Bliss wasted no time in dropping new merch, promoting the latest version of her Lilly doll on WWE Shop.

Taking to Twitter, Bliss hyped up the release with a simple but effective post: “NEW LILLY !” along with a link to buy the collectible. WWE Shop’s description promises that the hand-sewn doll is “the perfect way to show your support” for Bliss, calling it a must-have for any fan looking to bring “Lilly’s playful chaos” into their collection.

Priced at $44.99, this is the same doll Bliss carried to the ring for her surprise Rumble entrance, making it clear that Lilly is once again a part of her WWE persona.

While fans were excited about Bliss’ return, some couldn’t help but notice a few changes to Lilly’s look. One Twitter user jokingly pointed out the doll’s apparent “enhancements,” writing:

“Lilly got rhinoplasty, lip filler, cheek implants, chin implant, jaw shave, brow bone reduction, buccal fat removal, botox, eye lift, and a bit of ozempic OMG #RoyalRumble”

Bliss caught wind of the post and fired back with a hilarious response: “On behalf of Lilly – I deny all plastic surgery claims lol”

Her return has been the talk of the wrestling world, with speculation running wild over whether WWE intentionally misled fans about her contract status. Reports from Dave Meltzer and PWInsider initially suggested Bliss wasn’t in Indianapolis and negotiations were at a standstill. Now, sources claim she has signed a new deal, but Meltzer remains skeptical, calling it a “swerve” designed to fool even WWE insiders.

With Bliss now officially back, the question remains—what’s next? Will she jump straight into a title picture, or does WWE have something else in store? And more importantly, will Lilly continue to play a role in her character? Drop your thoughts below!
