Alex Windsor finally made her AEW Collisio debut—and she didn’t waste any time making a statement. But just as her momentum picked up steam, Athena swooped in with a surprise twist that left fans stunned.
Before stepping into the ring, Windsor reminded everyone why she earned her contract in the first place. Reflecting on her standout match with Athena at Global Wars Australia, she said the world already saw what she’s capable of—and she plans to make sure they never forget.
“When I faced Athena at Global Wars Australia, not only did I push her to her limits, I showed the entire world exactly who I am. And because of that, Tony Khan made the call, I became All Elite. And tonight, I officially make my Collision debut. And soon after that, the name on everyone’s lips will be Alex Windsor.”
Windsor backed up her words by forcing Taya Valkyrie to tap out to a sharpshooter—securing her first AEW win and proving she’s not here to just blend in.
But the celebration didn’t last long. Athena popped up in the balcony and quickly shut the moment down, ordering Windsor to leave the stage because it was now her time. She introduced a new concept she called “Athena Elite Wrestling” and proceeded to mock both the crowd and Toni Storm, even using a fake British accent to throw shade.
“A new star is about to rise. This is Athena Elite Wrestling!”
Windsor may have stolen the show in the ring—but Athena made sure she stole the mic and the attention.
With AEW’s women’s division heating up, Windsor’s breakthrough win could be the start of a major rivalry—or just the first chapter in Athena’s next evolution.
Was Athena out of line for hijacking Windsor’s moment, or did she just remind everyone who runs the division? Sound off with your thoughts below.
