Wrestling across major European promotions—like wXw, Progress, PWG, and ICW—he claimed multiple championships and built his striking, enigmatic style. In 2016, he signed with WWE as Aleister Black, debuting in NXT in April 2017 and eventually winning the NXT Championship and the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic. In 2021, he departed WWE and became Malakai Black in AEW, leading The House of Black and capturing the AEW World Trios Championship.
