A shocking statistic has led to a major debate online: since winning the WWE Women’s Championship nearly three months ago, Jade Cargill has only wrestled a total of 7 minutes and 25 seconds on television.
According to Cagematch.net, Cargill captured the title by defeating Tiffany Stratton at Saturday Night’s Main Event in November 2025. But instead of regular defenses or competitive matches, her reign has been marked by quick squashes and limited in-ring time.
Her first televised match as champion was against B-Fab, which ended in 2 minutes and 15 seconds. She followed that with a win over Alba Fyre in just 1 minute and 50 seconds, and then defeated Chelsea Green in a 3-minute, 20-second bout. All three matches combined clock in under eight minutes—raising eyebrows about how WWE is presenting one of its top female champions.
While Jade has remained heavily featured in video packages, backstage segments, and memorable moments, fans are beginning to wonder whether her reign is more about star power than substance.
Those questions only intensified after the January 19 episode of SmackDown in Berlin, where Cargill had a backstage standoff with Jordynne Grace, who was making her official WWE main roster debut. The brief but heated encounter ended with Cargill telling Grace, “I’m that b****.”
The tension didn’t stop there. When Grace posted a photo from her debut on social media, a fan asked if a title match was finally coming. Cargill responded with a clapback:
“For what? To make y’all happy? Y’all are never happy. So, I’m going to do what I want 💅🏾🥱. I’ll THINK about it.”
There’s still no official word on whether WWE is building toward a title match between Cargill and Grace, but between the on-screen confrontation and Jade’s response online, fans are expecting something big. Still, the numbers don’t lie: in nearly 90 days as champion, Cargill has wrestled less than eight minutes on television, with no confirmed title defenses to date.
