A.J. Styles Asked About Possibly Switching to the RAW Brand

As previously reported, during a recent phone interview with Raute Musik, an internet radio station based in Germany, WWE Champion A.J. Styles was asked if he would consider resigning with the WWE once his current contract expires in 2019. It didn’t take the  Phenomenal One very long to give a clear answer.

“I don’t see why not if I can still do what I can do. Like, if I can still be A.J. Styles then I would love to keep working for the WWE in talent form. So, as long as I can keep going I’d like to keep working here.”

It’s good to hear that Styles is enjoying his time with the company, especially considering that so much talent from previous promotions/competitors didn’t have as successful a run as A.J. is currently having. To be fair, those other talents were not THE BEST WRESTLER IN THE WORLD.

On the possibility of switching brands, Styles had this to say:

“Generally it’s a great thing. You have the opportunity to build new storylines and feuds that are still fresh and could not take place yet, as there are two separate rosters. This roll of the dice makes it even more interesting for the fans, and that’s the main thing!”
