AJ Lee’s Next Appearance Following WWE SmackDown Return Revealed

AJ Lee finally made her epic comeback during the September 5th edition of SmackDown, destroying Becky Lynch in a big way. Following her return, Lee’s next WWE appearance has been revealed.

According to PWInsider, the talk backstage at last night’s SmackDown was that AJ Lee is expected to appear on this Monday’s Raw. Her appearance will confirm the setup for a mixed tag team match: AJ Lee and CM Punk vs. Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch at the WWE WrestlePalooza event on September 20.

AJ Lee came back during the final segment of Friday Night SmackDown, where she confronted Becky Lynch and immediately took her out before grabbing hold of the Women’s Intercontinental Championship.

We have also reported that AJ Lee has signed a full-time, multi-year deal with WWE, so fans can expect her to be part of WWE programming for a long time going forward. With Wrestlepalooza on the horizon, we’ll have to wait and see how WWE will book AJ Lee’s upcoming match at the event.
