AJ Lee Teases WarGames Match Participation After 11/17 WWE RAW Return

The November 17 episode of RAW was full of big moments. Madison Square Garden was early sold out, and AJ Lee made her big return to WWE television after being gone for months.

AJ Lee returned on WWE RAW and cost Becky Lynch the Women’s IC Title during her match against Maxxine Dupri. Lynch controlled much of the match but grew frustrated after a near fall and argued with referee Jessika Carr. When Lynch threw Dupri to the floor, AJ appeared at ringside, creating an opening for Dupri to hit a crossbody and score the pin. AJ and Becky have been in conflict since their mixed tag match at WrestlePalooza, where Becky tapped out to AJ.

After that was over, AJ Lee was approached backstage to ask if she’s sticking around. AJ Lee said that she only returned at WrestlePalooza to help out her husband, but Becky Lynch lights a fire under her.

That is when Rhea Ripley, who is leading the WarGames team this year, came into the frame. She asked AJ Lee if she would come off camera to have a little discussion.

We will have to see what happens next. At this point, anything is possible. It appears that AJ Lee may find herself in a WarGames match. If Becky Lynch ends up joining the heel side, that could be a real grudge match.
