After spending most of the year in Ring of Honor, Eddie Kingston is set to receive a significant opportunity this summer as he enters his first NJPW G1 Climax tournament.

The official lineup for this year’s tournament was unveiled on the NJPW website, featuring a mix of seasoned veterans like Kazuchika Okada, Hiroshi Tanahashi, and Tetsuya Naito, as well as newcomers including Kingston, Shota Umino, and Hikuleo.

Spanning 19 events, the tournament is scheduled to begin on Saturday, July 15 in Sapporo and will conclude on Sunday, August 13 in Ryogoku.
