AEW presented the inaugural WrestleDream on October 1, 2023, at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, Washington, in honor of New Japan Pro-Wrestling founder Antonio Inoki. The event continued at the Tacoma Dome in Tacoma, Washington, in 2024 before moving to Chaifetz Arena in St. Louis, Missouri, for its third annual edition on October 18, 2025.

AEW has not announced a future WrestleDream event or new live viewing details. AEW’s official pay-per-view page currently lists AEW WrestleDream 2025 with an option to order the replay. The 2025 event originally aired live on HBO Max pay-per-view in the United States and was also available through Amazon Prime, YouTube and additional streaming and pay-per-view platforms.
