AEW WrestleDream in St. Louis Likely to Fall Short of Last Year’s Numbers

AEW is gearing up for WrestleDream on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at the Chaifetz Arena in St. Louis, Missouri. The 24-hour ticket update from WrestleTix shows the promotion is unlikely to top last year’s attendance, even with some last-minute momentum.

According to WrestleTix, the current setup at Chaifetz Arena is 6,361 seats, with 6,051 already distributed. That leaves only 310 tickets still available heading into the weekend. WrestleTix added that the number has grown by “+523 since the last update (3 days ago).”

While that’s a respectable turnout, it doesn’t quite stack up to the 8,045 fans who filled Tacoma, Washington, for WrestleDream in 2024. Even AEW’s April Dynasty event at the same St. Louis venue cleared 6,619 tickets, making it clear this year’s WrestleDream won’t surpass either of those marks.

Ticket prices are still relatively affordable. The cheapest standard admission has dropped to $25.65 (down from $38.15), with some resale options popping up as low as $93. But despite the bargains, last year’s benchmark is out of reach.

The card features Hangman Adam Page vs. Samoa Joe, Darby Allin vs. Jon Moxley in a “I Quit” match, and Toni Storm vs. Kris Statlander, giving fans plenty to look forward to. Still, the final tally suggests AEW’s WrestleDream in St. Louis will settle in below its 2024 numbers.

AEW has worked hard to build WrestleDream into an annual tradition, but this year proves that not every city will deliver the same level of turnout. With WWE’s Survivor Series in San Diego next month already moving nearly 30,000 tickets, the comparison also shows the steep difference between the two promotions’ drawing power right now.

WrestleDream may not hit the highs of last year, but it’s still going to be a packed arena filled with passionate fans ready to bring the noise.
