As AEW’s Worlds End pay-per-view approaches, ticket sales have become a hot topic. WrestleTix provided a detailed update just hours before the December 28 event at Addition Financial Arena in Orlando, Florida.
According to their data, 6,347 tickets have been distributed, with 538 still available. The current setup seats 6,885 fans, meaning AEW is close to selling out the venue.
In their update, WrestleTix noted, “AEW Worlds End, Sat • Dec 28, 2024 • 7:00 PM, Addition Financial Arena, Orlando, FL. Available Tickets: 538. Current Setup: 6,885. Tickets Distributed: 6,347. 🌅 | Morning update. 📈 | +36 since the last update (1 day ago). ⏮ | 12/27/2023 Dynamite: 5,729. ⏮ | Last year’s Worlds End (Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum): 10,093.”
Comparing this year’s numbers to last year’s, the 2023 Worlds End event at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum drew an impressive 10,093 fans. While this year’s show won’t reach those heights, the steady climb in ticket distribution—up 36 in just a day—doesn’t really demonstrates the strong interest in AEW’s final pay-per-view of the year.
With a stacked card featuring the Continental Classic Finals, a Tijuana Street Fight for the AEW Women’s Championship, and a Fatal Four-Way for the AEW World Championship, Worlds End 2024 promises to deliver a night full of unforgettable moments. However, the comparison to last year’s attendance raises questions about the event’s current setup and whether AEW can sustain its momentum heading into 2025.
As a reminder, Ringside News will have live play-by-play coverage of the event over in our AEW Worlds End section.
