Another departure appears to be looming in All Elite Wrestling.
According to Fightful Select’s Sean Ross Sapp, Lady Frost is expected to hit free agency on April 1 — unless something drastic changes between now and then.
As of this writing, there are no confirmed details regarding the specific circumstances behind the move. However, the belief internally is that Frost’s time with AEW is coming to an end if no new agreement is reached.
Frost last competed for AEW on January 10, where she lost to Mina Shirakawa. Before that match, she had not wrestled on AEW or ROH programming since July, making her appearances in recent months few and far between.
While she hasn’t been a consistent presence on AEW television, Frost brings experience from multiple major promotions. Prior to her AEW run, she competed in TNA and also made appearances for WWE and CMLL, building a résumé that spans several high-profile platforms.
Unless there’s a last-minute shift in plans, April 1 will mark the end of her AEW deal — and the start of a new chapter.
