EJ Nduka is officially done with All Elite Wrestling.

According to Fightful Select’s Sean Ross Sapp, Nduka’s contract with AEW has expired and he’s now a free agent, ending his run with the promotion.

Nduka signed with AEW in early 2023 but was rarely seen on television. He found some footing under the Ring of Honor banner, where he teamed with Lee Johnson as the tag duo “LeeJ.” Despite flashes of potential, Nduka was never consistently featured and quietly wrapped up his time with the company.

Before his time in AEW and ROH, Nduka was part of WWE’s NXT system. Wrestling under the name Ezra Judge, he was part of the Performance Center roster until being released in 2021. He later made a name for himself in Major League Wrestling (MLW), where he competed for over a year and captured the attention of fans with his imposing physique and athleticism. Nduka stood out during his MLW run, including appearances in the Battle Riot and tag team matches, which helped raise his stock before jumping to AEW.

His departure comes without any official statement from AEW or Nduka himself. Still, the writing was on the wall as Nduka hadn’t appeared in months. While some fans hoped for a renewed push, it seems he’s now charting his next move in pro wrestling. “He’s now effectively a free agent,” the report confirmed.

What’s next for EJ Nduka remains to be seen—but given his size, experience, and untapped potential, he may not be off the scene for long.
