AEW Star Medically Cleared for In-Ring Return After Injury Hiatus

Fan won’t have to wait too long before they finally get to see a beloved AEW star back on television.

According to a report by BodySlam.net, Orange Cassidy has been medically cleared to compete and is currently waiting on creative plans for his return to AEW television.

This comes after we had previously reported that Orange Cassidy tore his pectoral muscle around the time of his match with Ricochet and Mike Bailey back in April this year.

Since then, he has been on the shelf and while many expected he wouldn’t be back for a significant amount of time, it’s become apparent that Freshly Squeezed recovered better than anyone could have imagined.

Orange Cassidy is cleared to wrestle again, but AEW hasn’t said when or how he will return. Fans are already guessing if he’ll go after a title, team up with friends, or keep wrestling on his own. Now that he’s ready, it’s only a matter of time before “Freshly Squeezed” is back in action, so we’ll have to see what AEW will have planned for his return.
