Lio Rush has once again played a key role in bringing WWE’s in-ring action to life in the upcoming WWE 2K25 video game. Despite being signed to AEW, Rush revealed on social media that he contributed motion capture work for the latest installment of WWE’s gaming franchise.

Rush responded to a video of Tama Tonga’s entrance in WWE 2K25, tweeting, “The community has done right by me. I’ve got a few entrances and a plethora of move sets I was able to mocap for this game. Hope I did right by you.”

This isn’t the first time Rush has done motion capture for WWE’s video games. He previously contributed to WWE 2K22 and WWE 2K23, helping to ensure that wrestlers’ entrances and move sets look as authentic as possible.

Despite working with WWE 2K developers, Rush remains under contract with AEW, where he continues to compete.
